Please be aware of the following regarding our quotes and estimates:

  • Non-binding: All quotes and estimates provided by Master Pool Decks are preliminary and non-binding. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a contractual offer or obligation on the part of either party.
  • Subject to change: Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, surface area measurements, material requirements, the extent of surface preparation or repair needed, and other factors that may only become apparent upon detailed on-site inspection or during the course of the project.
  • Validity period: Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.
  • Written agreement required: No work will commence without a mutually agreed-upon written project proposal or contract that specifies the final scope, price, and terms of the project.

4. Scheduling and Project Execution

Upon acceptance of a project proposal, Master Pool Decks will schedule the work at a mutually agreed-upon date and time. While we make every reasonable effort to adhere to scheduled dates and estimated timelines, project schedules may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, or humidity that may compromise coating adhesion or curing
  • Unforeseen site conditions discovered during surface preparation
  • Material availability or supply chain delays
  • Necessary additional repairs not identified in the initial assessment

We will communicate any schedule changes to you as promptly as possible. Master Pool Decks shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The Customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area, removing personal property from the project area prior to the start date, and ensuring that pets and children are kept away from the work zone during active construction and curing periods.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the written project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work to secure scheduling and procure materials.
  • The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.
  • We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, and other methods as specified in the project agreement.

Any outstanding balances not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe may be subject to collection efforts, and the Customer shall be responsible for any costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
