Phoenix Heat, Hot Tires, and Sun
Hot tire pickup. Tires coming off a summer road are hot enough to soften a thin coating. As the tire cools on the floor it grips the softened film, and when the car backs out it pulls the coating off with it. That is the classic weekend-kit failure.
