Do we have to close the pool for the whole project?
Usually not. We phase the deck in sections so part of it stays open, and schedule around your peak hours. Full closure, when needed at all, is typically limited to a day or two for specific phases — it's all in the written schedule before we start.
Can you provide a COI and work with our property manager?
Yes. Certificate of insurance, written scope, schedule, and warranty documentation are standard on every commercial job — that paperwork is half of what makes commercial work go smoothly.
How do you handle resident and guest safety during work?
Work zones are barricaded and signed, materials staged out of walkways, and each section is fully cured before it reopens. We coordinate notices with your management so residents know the schedule in advance.
Is the cracking in our Litchfield Park deck from ground movement?

Our yard has big palms and citrus trees — does that change the job?
It changes the prep. Fruit and leaf stains get cleaned and treated before any coating, and slab sections lifted by roots get dealt with first, or they crack straight through a new surface. After that, a sealed textured deck is much easier to hose off under a citrus tree than bare concrete.
Do you work inside Litchfield Greens and the Village's gated sections?
Yes. Send us the gate or HOA access instructions and we'll coordinate entry. For the architectural committee we provide a written scope and color samples, and trucks and materials stay tidy and off the street when we're not using them.
